Cancellation Policy

To our valued guests, we value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of total service price.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the original appointment time will be charged 100% of total service price.

All "no show" appointments will be charged 100% of total service price.

A confirmation text from your provider is a courtesy.

It is your responsibility to come to your scheduled appointment or to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time to avoid being charged.
